EagleShotz worked with the ESPY Awards and the ESPY Celebrity Golf Classic which raised $1.3 million in net proceeds to be used for cancer research and related programs through the V Foundation which was founded by Jimmy Valvano, the renowned college basketball coach.
George Bodenheimer, President of ESPN and ABC Sports, in a letter to Sue Roseel of EagleShotz said, "All of us at ESPN were thrilled ... thank you and your professional team for your fast, quality work. The framing display was superior to ones used at previous events".
